- A token advance of ₹200 is required for appointment confirmation.

- Rescheduling is allowed up to 48 hours before the appointment time.
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment may result in forfeiture of the token amount.
- No refunds are provided for late cancellations or no-shows.
For urgent appointment modifications, patients may contact the clinic directly through phone or WhatsApp.
