3. Nature of Services
Techdwell Physio Clinic provides physiotherapy consultation, rehabilitation support, exercise guidance, wellness-related services, and appointment booking facilities.
All treatments and recommendations are based on professional assessment and patient-provided information.
4. Appointment Booking Policy
Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.
4.1 Token Advance
- A non-refundable token advance of ₹200 may be required to confirm appointments.
- The token amount shall be adjusted against the consultation or treatment fee payable at the clinic.
4.2 Rescheduling
- Rescheduling requests are permitted up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
- Patients may use the rescheduling link provided in the appointment confirmation message.
4.3 Cancellation and No-Show Policy
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may result in forfeiture of the token amount.
- No refunds shall be issued for:
- late cancellations,
- missed appointments,
- no-shows,
- or failure to attend scheduled sessions.
4.4 Emergency Changes
For urgent appointment modifications within 48 hours, patients should contact the clinic directly via phone or WhatsApp.
5. Payments
Payments may be collected through:
- UPI
- Debit/Credit Cards
- Net Banking
- Wallets
- Cash
- Third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay
By making payments through our website or payment links, you agree that:
- you are authorized to use the selected payment method,
- payment details provided are accurate,
- transactions are lawful and legitimate.
The clinic is not responsible for failures caused by banking systems, internet outages, payment gateway errors, or third-party technical interruptions.
6. Refund Policy
6.1 Token Advance
Token advances are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
6.2 Duplicate or Incorrect Transactions
In cases of:
- duplicate payments,
- excess payments,
- or technical transaction errors,
patients may contact the clinic for review and resolution.
Approved refunds, if any, may take several business days depending on banking and payment gateway processing timelines.
7. Medical Disclaimer
Physiotherapy outcomes may vary between individuals.
The clinic does not guarantee:
- specific recovery timelines,
- complete symptom resolution,
- or guaranteed treatment outcomes.
Patients are responsible for:
- providing accurate medical information,
- following prescribed exercises,
- attending sessions regularly,
- and consulting appropriate medical professionals where necessary.
Our services do not replace emergency medical care or specialized medical diagnosis where required.
8. Patient Responsibilities
Patients agree to:
- provide truthful and complete information,
- behave respectfully with clinic staff,
- follow clinic safety instructions,
- maintain appropriate conduct during appointments,
- and comply with treatment recommendations.
The clinic reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services in cases of abusive, threatening, unlawful, or inappropriate behavior.
9. Digital Communications
By booking appointments or contacting the clinic, you consent to receiving communications through:
- phone calls,
- SMS,
- WhatsApp,
- email,
- or automated reminders.
These communications may include:
- appointment confirmations,
- reminders,
- payment notifications,
- treatment-related instructions,
- and administrative updates.

11. Intellectual Property
